Turning inventory is essential for two reasons, 1) too much on hand and your cash flow will be restricted, 2) if you don’t have enough inventory on hand then you may be unable to satisfy unexpected customer orders. So how do you make sure you have a handle on your inventory?


The Importance of Flexibility

Ask yourself these questions about inventory management:

  • Do I have excess supply of certain raw materials?
  • When I buy material, do I have to buy minimum quantities to get the right price?
