Liz Spencer 

Liz Spencer is an entrepreneur with an extensive experience and understanding of both European and global issues.


Mrs. Spencer founded EPPA in 1987, the first independent, pan-European, public policy consultancy, and built it into a 22 country business. She specialised in EU environment, energy, financial services, agri-food and health policy issues and worked with a wide range of corporations, governments and NGOs. Directed external research programmes for the European Commission and European Parliament. She has been an adviser to several European governments. She was an early promoter of the importance of corporate responsibility, sustainability and sponsor of “Sustainable Business Excellence”, the first book to impact the corporate sector and lead to a change in company behaviour, on which changes she advised a number of well known MNCs.
